Finally clear up deep wounds from the past. Recreate your entire being, forging yourself again at the new high frequency. Erupt on to the scene as the new version of who you are. Expose falsity and lose redundant people, places and ideas - swiftly moving on. Be the freedom that you are and always have been, finally living from all of you.

Live large rather than small, embracing all of your creativity and fiery nature. Be regulated by nature’s principles so you are no longer susceptible to self manipulation and false control.
Clear not only of the layers of tiredness that have accumulated in your life but that ancestral load of exhaustion which may also be slowing you down. Free the blocks in your source connection, your own ability to activate cell repair, rejuvenate and dismantle old patterns and paradigms – especially after trauma, an accident or surgery – dramatically increases. Expand the capacity of your source connection to receive and embody more energy in this track. Speed your revitalisation by developing your body’s capacity to hold the full vitality of you not just by exercising, but by building your body with the support of nature.
