Expose falsity and lose redundant people, places and ideas - swiftly moving on. Be the freedom that you are and always have been, finally living from all of you.
Reverse the manifestation pathway of what is troubling you. Via the medium of your body, start to return anything that appears to be beyond solution or your control – however extreme – into dissolution.
Resolve the difficulties endured here and now because of what has long been concealed in the past: in your family lineage, your society or cultural history; and to a lesser extent, your own life. Take back healthy control while remaining completely true to the intense negative emotions you are feeling … to ensure that every single thing unsaid or unseen in your own process now gets included.
Embody more pure love through the infrastructure of peace binding the whole world together. Go deeply into your own interconnectedness and seed more of the freedom that you already are - through the bond of affection you have with yourself, Nature and all beings.
Navigate extreme dissolution energies while enduring loss, fission or a complete break with a part of yourself or someone / thing we have known. Stabilise in the perfection of what you are enduring, however painful and continue to release without lasting guilt, regret, depression or anger.
Open yourself to the intensity of your being. Live the aliveness of direct reality. Engage in the passionate flow and momentum of your own being. Live for these times. And understand the nature of freedom.
Strengthen your capacity to radiate joy and take control of your inner space so that you choose who and what you want to be – even in the face of the strongest internal emotions and outward provocation. Embody more love and master your internal and external world, becoming the force of change you would like to be.
