3. Inspiration. If your work is partly or wholly inspired by my original works, please acknowledge this. Check the "Derivative works" section and "Fair use checker" below, first. Here is how you should acknowledge me. Simply write: "With thanks to Oracle Girl, oraclegirl.org".

Copies & physical printing
1. Prohibited. You may not reproduce any of my fixed works, in any way, in any medium, for any purpose or reason. You may not print a Peace Booklet PDF as this would be making a copy of an original work.
2. Permission granted. You may print watermarked digital images, received as part of an event sign-up in your own name, as long as they are for personal use only. This is because you are not reproducing an original work, only a watermarked one.
Derivative works
1. Prohibited. You may not use my work, in any way, to create new works in the form of physical and online publishing, on any website, AI platform or application, in any meeting, conference or social media group, both public and private - however well intended - partly or wholly; in any way or form. This is a copyright issue.
2. Examples. These include, but are not limited to:
- Use of my original works and events to recapitulate, repackage or represent my words and / or entire body of work, plus its concepts, in any guise - even in the form of a fiction story describing your own personal experience.
- Appropriation of, paraphrasing, multiple use and / or the verbatim reproduction of my main phrases, event names and vocabulary.
- Use of my business model, identity and designs including logos and any trademarks, and / or event formats.
- Screenshotting, sharing, publishing, use, reuse or reproduction of my logos, favicons, images, or my names; my events, their names and event content; my key or unique phrases or words; any purification materials; my artwork, photos or images; the Oracle Girl website pages; newsletters; or emails.
- Generating content from my materials, for any purpose, via AI software.
3. Exceptions:
- Small quotes of 3 sentences maximum from my purification materials.
- Unofficial transcriptions and translations shared only in the Translation Centre.
Fair use checker
1. Be yourself. I really want you to be you: sharing your own brilliance with the world. My presence and work serves to strengthen your alignment with purity and your own source connection; nothing and no one else. The form of anything you produce will be unique and individual to you, never sounding or looking like my work at all.
2. No copying. Please be careful not to lift my words, event names, titles and key or unique phrases into your own work or group names. This is imitation - however unintentional. You need to find your own language: both in style and vocabulary.
3. You may not:
- Imitate my work, my structure of delivery and business model, and / or event formats.
- Put extensive references to me or my work in your own offerings.
- Use any of my work to convene, endorse, promote, suggest, create, write or record your own business or personal ideas, concepts, original works, work, events, groups, communities or projects.
- Upload my work into AI software and platforms.
4. Derivative works vs inspiration. In essence, derivative works are about taking the whole or part of someone else's work, which is completely unique and original ... creating new events, content and materials partly or wholly based on their offering; and then saying they are just, "your own." This is very different from mere inspiration which is saying, there's somebody else's work, it's unique, not my own ... and I do "this", which sounds and looks nothing like someone else or their work - and is wholly my own.
5. Piggybacking. Are you doing any of the following? If so, you are likely in breach:
- Likeness. Does your work feature several unique characteristics of my own? Does your content or delivery style carry a number of recognisable elements also present in my own work? For example, the model of offerings; overlapping titles or headings; closely mirrored features, content and / or language; similar means of access and contribution; or a strong emphasis on purification, source connection, or nature?
- Derivative works. Are you using my image, business model, structure of delivery, event format, tone or content to shape your own offerings? Have you used my work or image to present your own? Have you used my work or image to attract and / or divert the Oracle Girl audience to your own, including but not limited to, for purposes of self promotion, personal or financial advantage?
- Representation. Are you offering services, groups or meetings; presenting; or creating works which actively or passively enable others to be introduced to, understand, deepen in or experience my work?
- Ethics & integrity. Have you publicly or privately positioned my work as a point of inspiration, while simultaneously implying it is incomplete, flawed, negative or something you’ve evolved beyond?
How to share my work
1. Taking responsibility. I want everyone to decide for themselves - via their own source connection and nobody else's - if my work is for them. You and others need to form a direct relationship with my work - not through you or your work acting as a proxy. This is so someone receives their own purification and you don't carry the burden of others' unresolved patterns.
2. Recommending my work. It's great to be excited about my work and wish to tell others. Always remind the other person though, that they need to decide for themselves. No pushing or pressure. I want someone to feel free to take it or leave it. Your experiences might not be someone else's! I do not want you to write articles or books; make audios or videos; or convene groups or meetings - however positive - about me, my work, or your experience of my work - at all.
3. Event links only. Please only share event sign-up links and not audios, videos, watch links, transcripts, written materials, artwork, newsletter or email content.
4. Please empower others to make their own sign-up:
- Point others to the Oracle Girl website.
- Tell them to join the Reboot Group first, for best results.
- Send someone any event sign-up link directly to join themselves.
- Use the gift option to sign them up for an event.
- Give someone the link to subscribe to the Oracle Girl Newsletter.
Meeting together, groups & communities
1. I am very happy for you to meet together. It's great to meet socially, online and in-person, to chat and discover others in the purification space. I encourage you to hold gatherings, enjoy each others' company and share experiences.
2. Groups specifically on my work. I do not want you to host or convene groups, events, courses, workshops, organised groups, online calls or webpages for the primary purpose of examining, explaining, reading through or teaching my work and past events. No teachers, guides, schools, programmes, schedules, study groups or churches!
3. Oracle Girl communities. Please note the only Oracle Girl communities are the Oracle Girl Community Calls featured in the Oracle Girl Newsletter, the Oracle Girl YouTube account, and Oracle Girl Community on X.
4. No endorsement. I do not endorse any non-Oracle Girl online site, group, page, (social media) account or event and I would never message you via any of these mediums.
Personal use only
1. Non-commercial. All of my original works are for your personal use only. This use should not involve money in any way and my original works should never form the basis of any commercial work.
2. Your playlists. Make sure you have made these private on any media platform. They should not be on public display.
Representation & self-promotion
1. Prohibited. I do not allow anyone to speak, write, act, or be present - unofficially or officially - for or about me, my work or events. You may not represent, promote, explain, document or teach my work - or say that you work with or for me. I do not give permission to anyone to publish, ghostwrite or write for or about me, my work and events.
2. Self-promotion. You may not, under any circumstances, use your original works or work including any attribution mentioning myself and / or my work, in any way, to self-promote or promote any of your activities, original works or work to others, including those in the purification space.
Translations & transcripts
1. Permission granted. I allow anyone with their own Reboot Group sign-up to make their own transcripts or translations for personal use only. These are unofficial derivative works, created from my own work.
2. Sharing transcripts. This is only permitted in the Translation Centre. Everything else is not allowed: not even partially or via screenshot.
