Let the luminosity of your being shine through everything that you are and that you do. Neither accept nor reject anything, including any individual, teaching, experience or reaction. Operate from where the winds gather in the heart channel, the heart drop forms and all is an ocean of bliss. Understand more deeply the meaning of, "Just relaxing."
Bring yourself back into your body, releasing resistance to engaging with your direct practical reality. Let go of fantasy states and stay present to pressure and emotional intensity without drama, fuss, anger, manipulation or control of the circumstances around you.
Transmute your biology. Build your body capacity to absorb pure love via your own source connection. Return to operating directly out of purity, aligned with nature's principles.
Bring yourself into correct relationship with God and the slave self. Remember who you are and purify in your own being, any and all identification with even the most powerful historical images. Switch away from fighting what is wrong with the world to living freely as the purity which you are.
Become stronger in your own light and master perhaps the most severe internal emotional challenge you can experience. It is a deeper level of recognising your own immortality and how, it is only ever what is not you, that tries to convince you that you are not home.
Uncover the grassroots of fear in relation to money, your house, your family, friends, opportunities and how you are perceived. Erase anything in you that believes being without fear can’t happen; self delete the bank of internal fears currently controlling you; and take back your power over your financial situation.
Stimulate the instructions in your source connection to eject the densest frequencies in your physical layer tied into the confines of the 3D slave self. Bring the gold frequency into your depth cellular biology. Transmute your own DNA and ensure your body more seamlessly matches the highest end of your own frequency range, in line with the new vibrations pouring on to Earth.
Move fluidly with the shift to a faster rate of deletion of negative high frequencies on the planet. Focus more on the main priorities: the correct approach to the increasing rate of the heart door. Drop more, faster. Eject those firmly who simply do not listen, can't and won't change. Re-establish relationships on a new footing with those who genuinely live and act in peace and integrity.
Restore the peace of the earth element behind anxiety symptoms and re-establish the boundary between you and others – dead and living – ancestors and those around you. Regain yourself and a sense of relaxation while balancing the elements within you and being more directly present in time-bound reality.
Call a stop to something or someone which no longer works. Go deeper and faster with the letting go of what is naturally revealing itself as simply not of your world. Strengthen in the feeling of your own rootedness as you experience falling into the global nature intelligence system already within you, whatever that is. Return to maybe the very little you are clear about, saying no to what you know is wrong.
