Show event seriesCall a stop to something or someone which no longer works. Go deeper and faster with the letting go of what is naturally revealing itself as simply not of your world. Strengthen in the feeling of your own rootedness as you experience falling into the global nature intelligence system already within you, whatever that is. Return to maybe the very little you are clear about, saying no to what you know is wrong.
Bring yourself into direct contact with any aspect of yourself which is not fully onboard. Physically reclaim your purity in one time-space reality and close the door on unresolved pasts. Free yourself of residual worlds and identities which were never you and do not change. Cleanly walk away from your old self, your old life and its obligations, finally embodying the new high frequency you.
Say and do what you need to in order to take control of your life. Open into the feelings of what comes up when you speak up as well as remaining unwaivering and no longer self-sabotaging your attempt to extricate yourself from difficult behaviours and situations.
Shed the part of you which cannot trust or recognise your own worth. Rebalance business and personal relationships without the element of dependency, need or coercion. Stop the real thing you should be stopping instead of bending others to make up for the lack of your own needs being met somewhere in your own life.
Find yourself - and your correct no. Take control of your own unused energy causing you fear, paralysis and agitation. Push out fear from an external source that is negatively controlling you. Use healthy risk and safety to rebuild your presence in the world. Take your power and be seen.

Regulate your own body and your life in tune with nature, lightness, joy and efficiency. Process grief and sadness faster, more easily moving on. Cleanly disentangle from what is no longer you.

Discover how the new no is the discovery of the limits of your being, already there as your quintessential way of existence. Distinguish this from the old no which takes everything external, including your own thoughts, as the starting point, and battles with what is wrong.
