Engage with the 3 main steps for telling your body what to do. Harness your self healing ability in the correct frequency range, safely and cleanly, while continuing to purify and resculpt your physical body outside of the bandwidth of the slave self.
Step out of the world of the negative image. Move into the positive image of yourself which automatically self heals. Understand the interconnection between frequency, source connection, body wiring - and perfect physical health.
Successfully navigate the release of anger at not having your needs met by purity itself. Realise a deeper level of trust rather than one that is solely dependent on just how people act (or don't). Clean up any negative or false images you have about that loving presence which is a part of your own being. See more pervasively and practically, what it really means for the planet to have been living in a distorted reality for so long.

Root into and recognise yourself experientially as a time traveller. Strengthen the biospiritual frequencies of your heart apparatus. Let go of more limited philosophies of reality manifestation. Realise how you have been taught many stories of your own lack of abilities and been made to project them elsewhere onto other 'more advanced' beings.
Purify and clean your blood. Increase your spontaneity. Turn down the volume on inner and outer conflict; especially family conflict. Harness with the technology of your spine to override false technologies of togetherness. Find your tribe and experience true togetherness with those of the right frequency for you, only deepening bonds of affection.
Grasp the luminosity which pervades all existence. Start living directly from the universal light. See through the solid forms of reality and realise they are simultaneously empty. Come to clarity about the nature of your experience. Relinquish incorrect views and all outdated spiritual teachings.
