Say and do what you need to in order to take control of your life. Open into the feelings of what comes up when you speak up as well as remaining unwaivering and no longer self-sabotaging your attempt to extricate yourself from difficult behaviours and situations.
Open yourself to more of the gold frequency, wholeheartedly embracing your infinite self and establishing yourself as a truly creative being. Rededicate yourself and your life to only your own source connection - continuously embodying only that purity. Interact deeply with all beings, places and experiences extracting and retranslating what’s worth keeping. Powerfully use the negative as that essential prompt for making the choices and authoring the actions which urgently need to be made.

Naturally peel away the part of you which does harm. Align with what never allows nature to be destroyed. Rebalance the 6 elements within you and the impetus of the force which gives life and takes it away, curtailing aggression, dominance and environmental destruction. Become more deeply aware of your impact on nature and your relationship with it, putting it first more and more.
Focus and accelerate your own physical upgrading in the area where you need to be most practical, right now. Bring everything into ruthless self correction within and without. Re-emerge as a stronger force of purity in your society, acting decisively. Drop your old DNA. Align and empower others in your presence. Sear off what does not belong.
Ease the emergence and integration of long term, perhaps even ancient, hidden parts of yourself and rest more deeply during this emotionally intense process. Become younger, drop your old personality, and allow your body to reorganise according to your body intelligence, directly calibrated by the mechanism of nature.
Break free of the slave body syndrome. Assume your natural physicality minus infiltration by the science of the image. Break the remaining grip of the slave self technology on your family relationships. Take clear responsibility for your own behaviours and habits. Clean up hijacked Earth frequencies in your local vicinity.
Initiate, accelerate and earth physical cleansing. Intensify your purification from the full setting within your own source connection of shedding unwanted frequencies, materialisation and rebuilding. Harness the dynamic of motion which is nature itself and its principles to optimise and naturally reach for the foods which heal and expel as part of your everyday life. Align your techniques and regimens which rid the body of toxins, with purity itself, for the most powerful personal results.
Eliminate those control factors and strong emotions trapping you in cycles of never getting, receiving or achieving what we want. Address difficult situations directly, however frightened you may be, and take healthy control. Move through discomfort, representing yourself and say what you need to say, however badly. And finally stand up wholly in your own personal power: supported, seen, and appreciated by all those around you who are truly on the same vibration.
Remove the foundation for harm and abuse within and without. Name and purify particular problem(s) you have with self care so that once again you can thrive having restored your own source connection to first place rather than second.
