Switch to meeting your true body needs and leaving no trace. Shed emotional and mental extremes pulling you out of balance so that you eat and exercise effortlessly in the way that is right for you. Rewrite the frequency of your intestines and clear toxic debris, thoughts and emotions - including unwanted invasive influences.
Deeply follow your own body. Tap into healthy desire … being first and foremost nourished by the source itself. Free yourself of theories, diets, regimens, ideas and persuasive images - in relation to how, when, why and what you eat. Release self hatred and the cycles of deficiency and excess often underlying eating disorders.
Reset your relationship with nourishment, fixed diets and following your body. Release food materialism and 'eating your way to heaven'. Transmute any unwanted influences, abuse patterns and alien frequencies influencing food regimens and theorists which may be negatively affecting your personal field.
Open yourself to more of the gold frequency, wholeheartedly embracing your infinite self and establishing yourself as a truly creative being. Rededicate yourself and your life to only your own source connection - continuously embodying only that purity. Interact deeply with all beings, places and experiences extracting and retranslating what’s worth keeping. Powerfully use the negative as that essential prompt for making the choices and authoring the actions which urgently need to be made.
Mesh completely with time and space, helping us to resolve what stands in the way of totally being ourselves. Reconnect with your food and all beings around you, nourished by the absolute stillness at the core of your being.
Place eating, food and doing no harm right back in the centre of your existence from the right perspective. Reclaim the pure love which is your core identity, release whatever distorted patterns you have around diet and detox regimes and no longer be afraid to eat according to your desire.
Saturate in the all-knowingness which is total incontrovertible experience. Be nourished by what we call existence itself. See all striving, fears and pain become something different. Receive all you need and realign with opportunity, well being and deep love whatever is happening.
Delete the frequency of the abuser in your own life. Be prepared to lose those you might love, needing to separate from them. Finally let go of the part of you which sees and knows abuse but does nothing decisive about it. Act wholeheartedly out of the purity of your own source connection, finally letting go of fear; the inability to remain in your body; and biochemical imbalance particularly in relation to hormones, addictions, food disorders and weight problems.
Stimulate your self healing ability to rewrite psychobiological, military, and technological programmes of suppression and control. Reclaim your pineal gland, turning back your participation in and agreement to things you have no knowledge of and would not want to be a part of. Repair and reprogramme affected cellular structures and neural pathways through the global nature intelligence system. Reverse the negative effects of genetic mutation, especially those leading to illnesses, and realign the source connection setting of your family line.
Close the heart door on unwanted energies disrupting the human psyche. Generate in quadrality, a clean sharp signal of uncompromising purity, blocking other sources from entering onto the planet. Pull up the roots of self-fixation and societal insanity. Reverse the trend of human hybridism. Ground positive high frequencies while deleting their opposite and counterpart carrier mechanisms.
Re-establish yourself in true relationship with the 5 elements. Integrate the intelligence of water, air, fire, earth and metal. Anchor the 6th element in your being and potentialise the reality of peace, transmuting the seeds of war, in every single human being.
