Free yourself of theories, diets, regimens, ideas and persuasive images - in relation to how, when, why and what you eat. Release self hatred and the cycles of deficiency and excess often underlying eating disorders.
Put down the whole cycle of addiction to any habit, behaviour or substance. Rather than trying to stop an addiction or giving up and doing nothing, act out of another space where you can take it or leave it. Deal with any type of extreme or self-destructive fixation including alcoholism, smoking, substances including weed, sex, stealing, lying, self-criticism, shopping and eating disorders.
Establish a strong and constant signal which automatically and continually clears your personal field of interdimensional beings. Charge the waters of your own being with the power of pure love joined with Mother Earth. Drop fighting and sacrifice so you truly honour your loved ones and the land. Release the need to constantly clear yourself or use external methods, rituals and practitioners to do so.
Reset your relationship with nourishment, fixed diets and following your body. Release food materialism and 'eating your way to heaven'. Transmute any unwanted influences, abuse patterns and alien frequencies influencing food regimens and theorists which may be negatively affecting your personal field.
Connect more directly to your own spark of infinity and choose appropriately for your whole being without compulsion or neurosis. Switch to meeting your true body needs and leaving no trace. Shed emotional and mental extremes pulling you out of balance so that you eat and exercise effortlessly in the way that is right for you. Rewrite the frequency of your intestines and clear toxic debris, thoughts and emotions - including unwanted invasive influences.
Transmute your biology. Build your body capacity to absorb pure love via your own source connection. Return to operating directly out of purity, aligned with nature's principles.
Neither add nor take away, yet benefit from and enhance the core dynamics of all relationships. Move from drama and insecurity to having all your needs met through the vibrancy of your own source connection.
Higher levels intensive. Purify the link between food issues, the ending of the slave self and interdimensional beings. Move on from cravings, dietary fixation, and parasites. Unearth the relationship between money, fear, what is hidden and emotional eating patterns. Deal with digestive system changes influenced by both the evolution of the new Earth grid and alien frequencies. Navigate the minefield of personal food needs and expensive healthy shopping - also eating out, especially in social situations.
Hold the boundary of your own frequency integrity. Solidify in maintaining deadlines and establishing what you know needs to happen so that as you move out into the world you are already that environment of healthy control for others which needs to be reinforced. Operate out of that firm place which is clear about simply saying no, in the right place in the right way, when the time comes. Bring together the external world with your individual life claiming all of your frequency potential.
Survive ancestral exit. Purify dead energies entangled with your personal field. Navigate the abyss of loss, rage and powerlessness in your lineage. Realign your lifestyle, relationships, behaviours and habits after the integration of major lineage issues. Extricate yourself from unresolved family business and understand how to live with more freedom, velocity and impact.
Clean out your system of destructive false identities destroying your ability to live directly via your own source connection. Find your home again within, separate from the needs of any false you or false other(s). Remove the need for injurious habits and substances to feed and support yourself. Move on from the frequency of addiction in your life and in your family line.
