Shed the part of you which cannot trust or recognise your own worth. Rebalance business and personal relationships without the element of dependency, need or coercion. Stop the real thing you should be stopping instead of bending others to make up for the lack of your own needs being met somewhere in your own life.
Align yourself more deeply with nature’s principles in the face of dispute, antagonism, and difficulty. Bring to light where things are not working and make the changes you personally need to make. Release your own ingrained behaviours and treasured stories so deeper connection is possible with yourself. Find the strength and endurance to make painful decisions when compromise is no longer an option.

Bring powerlessness to an end and waiting for the wrong people to come round. Communicate with yourself in the space of your own being and reconnect with that deeper part of you which has been giving your power away. Acknowledge the truth about where your words and your actions may not be matching up. Say sorry for the right reasons, challenge firmly and softly where necessary - and release dependency, accusation and enduring emotional blackmail.
Take firm practical steps to turn around harsh speech. Whether you have been injured by harsh speech or engage in it yourself, take back your power and integrate the emotion driving you, so you return to being in healthy control of your immediate situation.
Stand firm in the face of challenge and provocation, unshakeably asserting your position without losing control. Embrace and use internal feelings of discomfort to open up a space for another's self awareness. Further embody your purity physically - in family, social and public zones of contestation - so that your loved ones transform and even strangers begin to wake up.
Feel more exhilaration. Grasp the 5 elements more fully. Tighten up the areas of your life which are leaking energy. Abandon old strategies which keep false ideas in place. Power up to the next level and assume your full standing. Organise your life across the board in line with committing to what is right.

Be seen and heard. Lay the correct foundation for self representation in an earthed powerful way without being abusive, aggressive, too direct, sharp, critical or hurtful. Reposition boundaries so you can say what has to be said constructively and collaboratively, empowering everyone. Peel off past experiences which may have led you to adopt a pseudo identity, which however accomplished, leads you to be a poor communicator.
Disentangle yourself from pain and any substitute for it: driving the roots of that pain even deeper into the body and your family line. Many of your ancestors have been medicated or addicted. Re-establish trust wherever you have accepted other means for source connection on account of the pain body formed from childhood abuse and trauma.
