Show event seriesBe seen and heard. Lay the correct foundation for self representation in an earthed powerful way without being abusive, aggressive, too direct, sharp, critical or hurtful. Reposition boundaries so you can say what has to be said constructively and collaboratively, empowering everyone. Peel off past experiences which may have led you to adopt a pseudo identity, which however accomplished, leads you to be a poor communicator.
Bring all of your being practically into line with the current of "no". Find all of yourself in one place clearly articulating what needs to be said. Be a strong role model for your children, young people and local area. Sow the seed of your own truth and genius in the soil of the future. Activate your community, both online and locally, into considering deeper, more balanced perspectives on what is happening in world society. Nourish yourself with more of the gold frequency, energising and charging both the planetary waters and the waters of your being.
Embody pure love in complete silence. Raise the fire of freedom. Take your place in the world and actively purify yourself and those around you.
Build consistent emotional integrity into all of your relationships. Live, love and work together more successfully. Interact with the person rather than the behaviour in order to build trust, strengthen the bond of affection, and ensure 2-way communication. Honour others' emotions through structure, time and efficiency - and stop waiting for outcomes which never arrive.
Know bliss: the soft gentleness of your loving presence as it slowly starts to take hold. Avoid the common traps of thinking it should be permanent, trying to hold on it, mistaking it for something positive, or persisting in a nice, warm and cosy state of suspension in the mere belief that everything is not real or 'us'.
Bring powerlessness to an end and waiting for the wrong people to come round. Communicate with yourself in the space of your own being and reconnect with that deeper part of you which has been giving your power away. Acknowledge the truth about where your words and your actions may not be matching up. Say sorry for the right reasons, challenge firmly and softly where necessary - and release dependency, accusation and enduring emotional blackmail.
Attend to only your own source connection and turn up the volume on your own unique personal instructions. Draw from your own purity - where all beings are included. Embody more love on this planet, synchronising with the water, stones, the plants, the animals and all life on this planet.
Strengthen your boundaries in direct alignment with your own purity setting. Get clear about the top priority in your scenario. Act directly, rather than just speak, out of the complete absence of negative control. Establish your own purity, physically, in the world so whatever you face, anything of a denser frequency or ill intent simply cannot prevail. Re-focus on your own ‘2 second early warning system’. Get in right relationship with empathy with others, when you have to do or say something they probably will not like. Reconfigure your future landscape so you take out future ‘threats’ even before they happen.
Reinstate the pure space outside of the loop of both abuser and victim - strengthening it and transmuting the dissonance that threatens it. Drive in each of the characteristics of the proper boundaries you have *for yourself* … minus any seen or unseen hindrances you may have going on in your own personal field. Automatically reshape your behaviour - diminishing the possibility of any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual soil in which abuse takes root.
