Resolve the difficulties endured here and now because of what has long been concealed in the past: in your family lineage, your society or cultural history; and to a lesser extent, your own life. Take back healthy control while remaining completely true to the intense negative emotions you are feeling … to ensure that every single thing unsaid or unseen in your own process now gets included.
Delete the frequency of the abuser in your own life. Be prepared to lose those you might love, needing to separate from them. Finally let go of the part of you which sees and knows abuse but does nothing decisive about it. Act wholeheartedly out of the purity of your own source connection, finally letting go of fear; the inability to remain in your body; and biochemical imbalance particularly in relation to hormones, addictions, food disorders and weight problems.
Love is a somewhat outdated word these days. It has lost its meaning. Love is the only thing that can permanently change anything and it is the most powerful force on the planet. And yet its meaning eludes us and even more so its experience....
You are in a new world. You are a new person, navigating your life in new ways. This time, don’t take it all so seriously. Live a little and don’t get so hooked up on money, or on substances, or on working it all out....
Seal the exit into the old frequency so there is no choice but to re-enter the new reality on a whole new level. Leave behind your old self and the old world. Take charge of the new world on your own terms with your own rules. Turn around and walk away from everything on the physical, emotional, mental and physical caught up with the construct of the slave self.
