Master the cycles of time which govern your ability to dictate what happens in the future. Connect more deeply with the cosmos and your infinite intelligence which is the global nature intelligence system. Assume nature's calendar in alignment with the major celestial bodies affecting Earth.
Put yourself further out into the world aligned with the way of purity. Push out interdimensional forces attempting to move in and control you. Actively reverse changing your behaviour because of external influences. Wipe the programmes preventing you from showing yourself or how you really feel. Bring yourself back into your own body and remove negative control factors from your life. Stop spiritualising and manipulating yourself into accepting what abuses you in the name of being a better person. Speak up and live your full emotional self - reversing pernicious anxiety, depression and isolation because of loss of self.
Establish yourself in the indestructible purity of your own being - nothing and no one else. Choose and act spontaneously out of purity - nothing and no one else. Grasp both the seen and unseen reality of any individual, happening or object so it has no power over you. Resolve all false identity, dissonance, threat, emotional disturbance, challenge and wrong doing in the frequency of pure love.
Finally unite the upper and the lower realms of your own self, re-entering reality in quadrality and beauty. Master time and know solidity, confidence, poise and equanimity - regardless of what is happening wherever you are.
