Be as you are - and nothing else. Exist permanently established in purity. Delete pain and suffering and what all issues originate from.

Give your gifts unreservedly to the world. Ground and earth in the global nature intelligence system. Grow in the nourishment and nurture within - receiving the same from all beings and nature.
Switch more deeply into the gold frequency via the capacity to dream. Bring excitement back into your life in the ways that are important to you. Decide what comes into form, and what no longer stays in form, in your own life. Move on into new projects and chapters firmly - without whoever and whatever you don't wish to carry or take with you.
