Develop greater body fortitude and immunity. Walk with trust and confidence through the teething issues of ensuring your new emerging needs are met. Naturally assume life at the higher levels.
Gain power and strength. Generate courage and resilience. Be lifted up by nature, the elements and self heal. Let the gold frequency rebuild you from the inside out. Call on the vast purity of your own entire existence and transmute even the most difficult of circumstances.
Engage with truth force: your own transmission of pure love at every level of your being. Powerfully disconnect from all other 'truths': the search for truth from external information given by others, your mind or your emotions. Stand firm and solid instead in your own whole body signature, radically rewriting everything and everyone around you.
Further develop your higher biology. Accept the takeover of Mother Earth consciousness. See your body become more self sustaining. Extricate yourself from the system and kick out the stool from underneath redundant forms and processes.

Never lose touch with the universal light. Blaze eternally without fixation. Live the feminine principle and manifest the mother world. Guard your space. Nourish all beings materially: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Embody recognition. Physicalise your new body of universal light. Glide past instructions or conclusions like "Oh, you mean doing nothing then" or "Are you saying don't meditate?" Tackle the frequency of war and physical issues at a far deeper level. Function out of the possibility of real change.
Shed past false histories, recall what is really there in the past record, and then choose again on the basis of what does not work for you. Strengthen in courage and endurance as you release the mistakes of your ancestors, rewrite the past, and lighten the load of pattern deletion affecting the generations to come.
Take the journey of form into light (without dropping the body). Lose false notions of physical immortality and death. Elucidate the true meaning of religion. See the continuity of the same themes playing out on Earth.
