Show event seriesKnow the frequency of words and those who speak and write them. Discern the truth and know the difference between someone who represents the truth for a negative, rather than a positive, agenda. Speak up to protect the right to say what is true and the right to say whatever you feel or think in the absence of ill intent. Act to stop those who deliberately distort the truth while ensuring you remain focused on speaking, and not censoring, your own.
Say and do what you need to in order to take control of your life. Open into the feelings of what comes up when you speak up as well as remaining unwaivering and no longer self-sabotaging your attempt to extricate yourself from difficult behaviours and situations.
Clear out everything from the past year. Accelerate youthfulness, freshness and lightness in direct proportion to the frequencies of government decisions, fear, physical limitation, societal injunctions and censorship of the previous year. Transmute the 'pseudo you' developed in response to propaganda, false media narratives and statistics. Powerfully reverse the effect of negative medical technologies, deleting grief at the loss of loved ones.
Bring all of your being practically into line with the current of "no". Find all of yourself in one place clearly articulating what needs to be said. Be a strong role model for your children, young people and local area. Sow the seed of your own truth and genius in the soil of the future. Activate your community, both online and locally, into considering deeper, more balanced perspectives on what is happening in world society. Nourish yourself with more of the gold frequency, energising and charging both the planetary waters and the waters of your being.
Delete all digital "following" frequencies. Make a clear decision out of purity whether social media is for you. Clear the personal field - of yourself and named others - of negative social media frequencies. Support high frequency communication. Be clear which groups you can and can't be a part of; who and what comments you will and won't allow; and if and how you will use social media to embody more love on this planet. Take a firm stance against malicious and anonymous attacks.
Strengthen your completion in the purity of only your own source connection. Purify and release wherever you are hooked up with political and spiritual substitution of your own source connection. Invest more deeply in the flow of nature, Mother Earth and your own source connection, accelerating the dissolution of black magic frequencies from this planet. Know even more deeply that anything unwanted is already automatically and spontaneously transmuting because of you – and never needs your attention.
Actively reverse changing your behaviour because of external influences. Wipe the programmes preventing you from showing yourself or how you really feel. Bring yourself back into your own body and remove negative control factors from your life. Stop spiritualising and manipulating yourself into accepting what abuses you in the name of being a better person. Speak up and live your full emotional self - reversing pernicious anxiety, depression and isolation because of loss of self.
Take firm practical steps to turn around harsh speech. Whether you have been injured by harsh speech or engage in it yourself, take back your power and integrate the emotion driving you, so you return to being in healthy control of your immediate situation.
Be all here in one place at one time – nowhere else – and radiate pure presence. Speak up and be who you are, whatever form that takes, without censorship … using your source connection to delete the behaviours that need changing in line with the truth of your being.
Ensure you step forward in the frequency of truth alone. Physicalise your passion. Build courage, determination and patience as you initiate moving forward, entirely out of what practically works. Stand even firmer in what moves you, what works for you, and what you know to be true - pushing away people, paths and places on a different frequency, which are no longer right for you.
Change up and replace your current physical template with a new more powerful and abundant way of living, free of influences which have been feeding off you and draining you. Remove previously hidden forces from your life potentially able to do you harm. Use attacks and ill will to strengthen yourself and claim back aspects of yourself you have not been living. Remain impervious to and unmoved by bullying, threats and intimidation - both seen and unseen - thoroughly overcoming them.
