Release ancestors who have become enmeshed with the death space through illness and suicide. Elucidate the different types of suicide and what happens when the body-identity components do not fully break down properly and enter the natural cycle. Understand the relationship between death, family patterns, DNA, and reincarnation - and the difference between purification and spirit release.
Stabilise, heal and restore your heart apparatus. Break up and move past the false images of self and illness holding you back in quadrality. Strengthen and more deeply re-establish yourself in the gold frequency. Say no to what makes you unhappy; be deeply honest with your own self; and make the changes you need to make which will restore your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Find your passion and give it to the world now. Start from the latest frequency setting in the new Earth grid where humans, animals and plants are equal. Make it possible for every living being to be happy and live the universal light. Contribute your own wish for every individual on the planet, in freedom, to your own local communities and societies.
Release the legacy of your ancestors - particularly those who have died prematurely; been killed in war or died of disease; have committed suicide and even committed suicide because of murder - while remembering that the source of your being is untouched by all family patterns.

Groove more tightly with the infrastructure of nature, the Earth grid and your native biospiritual intelligence. Function keenly with just the right discernment, making the best decisions at every stage. Strengthen your frequency immunity to all manner of insanity, physical and emotional challenge.

Navigate pure absence, bliss and what that encounter with the loving presence really is. Understand the difference between sheer luminosity, natural radiance and 'light and love'. Develop the frequency foundation for receiving the universal mind. Grow into a larger expression and conception of benefitting and assisting humanity and all beings. Act out of true compassion. Vivefy the waters of your being and further clean up the time-space coordinates of your birthplace.
Tap into the Earth histories inside you. Know the truth about dragons, sky beings, and the difference between positive and negative high frequency beings. Identify the degree of human hybridity operating in any one situation.
Healthily attend to extreme difficulties and people in serious situations. Prompt powerful, stabilising, positive change in alignment with nature's principles. Support yourself through extremely challenging situations so you can harness your own purity and the infinite resources of the universal mind to bathe something seemingly irreversible in love and compassion.
