Re-experience yourself as the body of the Earth. Drop false notions and limitations hooked up with the incomplete understanding of yourself just as you and your body. Move beyond death, seeing yourself as the inclination to organise around 6 time-space coordinates interpenetrated with all beings and experience - rather than as an eternal, fixed body-mind identity complex which travels on through lives.
Rebirth yourself and / or someone who has died, fully in quadrality. Name them silently at the beginning then let go and watch and listen. Come to peace about death; the death of someone you love; and the fear and sadness of possibly losing someone, maybe many.
Find the heart of nature inside you. Absorb pure love in your new Earth body. Live in concert with the global nature intelligence system. Embed the gold frequency in your local area. Connect with the hills and mountains around you and bring them into your daily life.
Live from the new Earth body. Integrate the ancient power of the past into the new Earth grid. Switch into living, exchange, and communication entirely via universal light and the gold frequency. Leave behind the coarser bandwidths of this planet while still being able to deal with them.
Make your home on Earth. Commit to universal law. Align with nature’s principles. Fall fully in line with the structuring of matter, time, space and all planetary happenings including the latest total solar eclipse. Embrace not-knowing and give up who you previously were.

Dispense with dissonance and the gap between the new Earth body and the world as is. Reel in the revelation and experience the wonder and gratitude. Go freefall; come what may.
